Paul is the founder and senior director at Dixon Architecture. Joining private practice in Cheshire in 1991 Paul completed an HNC in building studies at Warrington Collegiate, following several years post qualification experience a move abroad in 1998 saw overseas experience in Bermuda, Turks and Caicos Islands and Amsterdam where Paul was exposed to a variety of markets incorporating a vast array of projects. Completing further studies in architecture at Salford University Paul set up Plan A Design in 2002 which was eventually merged with Evo Architects to form Mimar Architecture in 2010 an RIBA and CIAT chartered practice of which Paul was a senior partner. Specialising in residential and commercial development, Dixon Architecture strives towards excellence in all design matters whilst maintaining strict commercial sensitivity. |
Melissa Graham |

Melissa attends to all management, administration and human resources provisions. Having several decades of experience in the service industry, Melissa is able to bring a structured approach to all organizational aspects of the company. A people person Melissa excels at diplomacy, negotiation and operational systems. |

Tom Boardman |
PART II ASSISTANT |

Tom has worked in private practice for 4.5 years following completion of a BSc in Architecture and Environmental Design. Tom has recently completed a Masters in Architecture at University of Central Lancaster where he was awarded best designer for the UCLAN Live client project. As a Part II assistant, Tom specialises in 3D visualisation and has adept ability in presentation, planning documentation & residential detailing. |
